  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, proposal open/view events, timestamps, browser type, and device information.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party providers as necessary to operate our service:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Project descriptions and scope details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate proposal content. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
  • Google (Gemini AI): Used as an alternative AI provider for proposal generation. Subject to Google's API terms.
  • Resend: Email delivery service used to send proposals and follow-up emails to your clients.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data securely.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and proposals for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backups may contain residual data for up to 90 days after deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption in transit, secure session cookies, and parameterized database queries. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request deletion of your personal information
